Derek and Glenda Kickbush
Derek and Glenda are our FamilyLife northerners who reside up on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland and were married in 1969. They have two adult sons and were High school sweethearts. Derek's background is in radio, management, and been an Assistant Pastor before becoming a missionary for the last 5 years with HCJB World Radio. Glenda has previously worked in the jewellery business and as a home economics teacher. They recently returned from 2 years in Singapore where Derek was the Asia Pacific Program Director at HCJB in Singapore.Â
 In 2008 they became full-time FamilyLife missionaries and are part of the FamilyLife speaker team. Derek is our FamilyLife radio department leader and Executive Producer of our Aussie program, Marriage and FamilyLife.  Derek speaks with a mischievous grin and glint in his eyes. Glenda is the gentle lady of the house who lovingly serves Derek and all who visit them lovely meals, snacks and cups of tea.
